GCSO relies solely on volunteers and the financial support of our local community members to operate these programs. The range of sports that can be offered is directly related to the coaches who volunteer their services. Funds must be raised locally to support these programs and 100% of contributions made to GCSO are spent on Gwinnett Special Olympic athletes. Contributions made to the state and national programs support the higher level activities that only a very few of our athletes are able attend.
